Fit and Fabulous

An event for women done in collaboration with Capello Salon. Ladies experience an event where they learn the importance of prioritizing self, to be their best! They participate in Zumba, a Latin Cardio class that is fun and easy to follow while some of the ladies receive a makeover event. An afternoon or evening retreat that is a must for ladies of all ages. Many corporations have incorporated this event on site as a wellness activity to promote physical activity and infuse wellness into the corporate culture.
